ExaGear and More Steam Games, AND A RAFFLE!!!

Following on from my last post, I’ve been testing some other Steam games to see how the Raspberry Pi 3 with ExaGear fairs as a casual gaming machine.

The following games seem to work ok:

World Of Goo

The video shows the performance of the Pi playing World Of Goo. There is a slight bit of input lag, and some stability issues, but otherwise it plays very well.

Super Meat Boy

Super Meat Boy performs very well on the Pi 3, though there were some visual artifacts / screen flickers when I was playing. There was also some possible audio artifacts.
In terms of game performance, the Pi would be well suited to playing this with ExaGear.

Worms Reloaded

Worms Reloaded plays well, but there is a bit of lag when it comes to input, and also at the beginning of a round. However, apart from that, I experienced no visual artifacts or screen flickering when playing.

The Ones That Don’t Work

The following games don’t seem to start at all.
Ultimate Chicken Horse
Tricky Towers
Surgeon Simulator
Move or Die

Both Half-Life 2: Deathmatch and Counterstrike Source shows that some OpenGL functions aren’t supported, so I’d guess that all Source engine games would have the same issue for now.
